Cancel or delete a request.

Cancel a request

When you cancel a request, each workflow step of the request is canceled as well and the request status is set to Canceled. If the request has a staffing profile associated with it, the staffing profile is also canceled.

To cancel a request:

  1. Open the request to cancel.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click the More button and then click Cancel Request.

  3. Click OK to confirm.

Delete requests

You can delete a single request or multiple request simultaneously. When a request is deleted, it can no longer be opened or viewed.

Prerequisite:

To delete a request, you must have either of the following access grants:

  • The Demand Mgmt: Edit Requests access grant, or
  • The Demand Mgmt: Edit All Requests access grant

To delete a single request:

  1. Open the request to delete.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click the More button and then click Delete Request.

  3. Click OK to confirm.

To delete multiple requests simultaneously:

  1. Search for the requests to delete.

  2. In the Request Search Results section, select the check boxes of the requests that you want to delete, and then click Delete.

  3. Click Delete.
