Collect resource requests
Resource managers can collect resource requests from these locations: the Resource Pool page, the Resource Allocation Management page, and the Resource Request portlet.
From Resource Pool page
The Resource Pool page lists the following positions:
- Requested positions
- Soft booked positions
- Partially assigned positions
You can check the option Hide past not-fulfilled resource requests to only show resource requests from positions whose demand end dates are later than (and including) the current date.
Note: When you first open the page, whether the Hide past not-fulfilled resource requests checkbox is selected or not depends on the value of the CHECK_HIDE_PAST_NOT_FULFILLED_REQUESTS parameter which is set the administrator.
PPM remembers the checkbox status per resource pool and per user.
From Resource Allocation Management page
The Resource Allocation Management page lists the following positions:
- Fulfilled positions
- Requested positions
- Partially assigned positions
- Soft booked positions

From Resource Request portlet
The Resource Request portlet lists positions that meet the portlet filters, except fulfilled positions whose Total Unmet Hours is zero.
New positions, positions that did not send resource requests, can also be shown in the portlet.
