Overview of Contacts

Contacts are resources used as a point of reference or information. Contacts must have a valid PPM username and the company they work for must be included in the validation, CRT - Company Validation. Contact information can be added for users in PPM as well as external users.

Contacts are created in the Contact window. The Contact window consists of a general information section and a large section reserved for potential user data fields.
