Adding a Service Field from UCMDB to a PPM Task
Note:
- This should be configured for each project separately and does not apply for all projects.
- This can only be configured after Add a Service Field from UCMDB to a PPM Project.
- Log on to OpenText PPM as a user with administrative privileges.
- From the Search Projects window, search and open your project.
- Within the project, select Settings.
- In the Project Settings window, Project Fields pane, Additional Fields section, select the Service option.
- Click Save.
- Click Done.
