Clean Invalid Allocation Report

The allocations that are later than a user's end date are regarded as invalid allocations. The Clean Invalid Allocation report enables you to clean the invalid allocations for specified users.

Note: This report belongs to both Administrative and Resource Management report categories.

End Date Range

The report cleans invalid allocations for the users whose end dates fall between the report run date and the specified days before the run date.

The field default value is 30, which means the report cleans invalid validations for the users whose end dates are between the report run date and 30 days before the run date.

If you do not want to use this filter, delete the default value.
User

Select the users whose invalid allocations are to be cleaned.

If this field is not filled, all users with valid end dates are considered.
