Use new UI to edit costs

A new UI for the Edit Costs page was introduced. The new UI provides better user experiences, such as easy editing, sorting, grouping and filtering data.

As an administrator, if you want users to use the new UI instead of the legacy UI, when editing costs in financial summaries, you should turn on the feature Use New UI When Editing Costs from the Feature Toggles page.
