How Information is Synchronized
When you synchronize Microsoft Project with Project Management, you are updating information in Microsoft Project with information from Project Management. The information that is updated depends on the synchronization mode. In Project Management-controlled mode, both planned and actuals information in Microsoft Project is updated with information from Project Management. In shared control mode, only actuals information in Microsoft Project is updated with information from Project Management.
