Task 1: Upgrade OpenText PPM to Version 25.1-25.3

1. If you have not upgraded to OpenText PPM version 25.1-25.3, follow the supported upgrade paths and upgrade your OpenText PPM instance from an earlier version to 25.1-25.3.

   For supported upgrade paths and detailed upgrade instructions, see the Install and upgrade.

2. Check whether all your QC integration configurations are listed in the Integration Configurations Summary page.

   1. Log on to OpenText PPM 25.1-25.3 as an administrator.

   2. Click the Administration button in the masthead.

   3. From the Administration menu, click Integrations > Manage Application Change With ALM Integration to open the Manage Application Change page.

   4. QC integration configurations are read-only, with an Upgrade icon available in the right end of the entries.
