Steps in OpenText PPM Workflows that Involve Integration with QC/ALM

Several workflows and subworkflows provided in OpenText Application Quality Management software have steps that are related to the integration of OpenText PPM with QC/ALM, as follows:

• The OpenText Application Quality Management - Defect Template with Quality Center Integration workflow generates a defect or requirement in QC/ALM as soon as a request of the associated type is created.
