Report execution
This topic introduces how to view report execution details from the Administration menu.
Prerequisites
To access report execution details from the Administration menu, you must have the following:

The Configuration license

The Sys Admin: Server Tools: Execute Admin Tools access grant

View report execution details
This section provides details on how to view report execution details.
To view report execution details:

From the masthead, click the Administration button
.

From the Administration menu, select Report Execution.

Do the following to view report execution details:
Task Details View running server reports, requests, and packages From the Report Execution submenu, click View Running Reports
The View Running Reports page opens and lists any reports, requests, and packages currently running.
View running executions -
From the Report Execution submenu, click View Running Executions.
The View Running Executions page opens, and lists any distributions, server reports, requests, or packages that are running in the Summary section.

If any reports are listed as running, click View Running Reports.
View interrupted server reports, requests, and package executions

From the Report Execution submenu, click View Interrupted Executions.
The View Interrupted Executions page opens and lists interrupted executions (if any exist).

In the list below View Interrupted Executions for a Server Startup, select the date of the interrupted execution to view.

To view the details of the selected interrupted execution listed in the Failed Executions section, click View.
