Configuring General Information for a Workflow
To provide basic workflow information:

From the Workbench shortcut bar, select Configuration > Workflows.
The Workflow Workbench and Workflow Step Sources windows open.

In the Workflow Workbench window, click New Workflow.
The Workflow window opens.

In the Name field, type a name for the workflow.

From the Workflow Scope list, do one of the following:

For Deployment Management packages, select Packages.

For Deployment Management releases and distributions, select Release Distributions.

In the Description field, you can type a short description of the workflow and its purpose.

To make this workflow available for use in PPM, for the Enabled option, select Yes.

Click Save.
