The upgrade process generates and maintains several log files that you can use to assist with troubleshooting should a problem occur. You can find these log files in the <PPM_Home>/install_960/logs or <PPM_Home>/upgrade_960/logs directory (where <PPM_Home> represents the path where the PPM software was installed).
