Web service configuration update for upgrades to 23.4 and above

If you use PPM web services, after upgrading to 23.4 or a later version, additional client-server configurations are required to ensure continued web services functionality.

Tip: This update is a one-time action when first upgrading to 23.4 or a later version, and it is not needed for future upgrades.

Follow the steps below:

Download the latest webservice_toolkit.zip package, which includes sample code and updated configuration files. You can access the file from the following location:

<Host>:<Port>/itg/download/webservice/webservice_toolkit.zip
Update the client-axis2.xml configuration file. If your client setup includes a client-axis2.xml file, replace it with the updated version provided in webservice_toolkit.zip to ensure compatibility with version 23.4 and above.
