Manage SRF users

Tab: USER MANAGEMENT; SRF Admins only.

Balance your workspace's license consumption and manage your users and user roles.

Add or remove users

Define the Micro Focus SaaS users who have access to your SRF tenant or workspace, and their roles.

  1. In the workspace tree on the left, do one of the following:

    • Click a specific workspace to manage that workspace's users.
    • Click Admin Settings to manage overall SRF tenant users.
  2. Click MANAGE USERS.

  3. Select any users you want to add, or clear the selection for any users you want to remove.

    Click SAVE to go back to the grid.

  4. In the ROLE column, select the role you want to give each user.

Note: Users must first be defined for your Micro Focus SaaS account before you can add them to your SRF tenant.

SRF users can have any of the following roles:

Admin

SRF Administrators can view all parts of SRF and can also access and update all SRF settings.

Tester

Testers can perform any actions in their SRF workspaces, including running tests.

Testers have no write access to SRF configuration settings, except for the ability to generate a new execution client ID and secret.

Viewer

SRF Viewers are limited to viewing SRF data only.

Viewers do not have access to the LAB tab, or any configuration pages.

Update existing user roles

  1. Hover over the ROLES column cell for a specific user and select the options drop-down arrow .

  2. Select the role you want to give each user.

View workspace license information

To view license information for a selected workspace, select your workspace in the tree on the left.

The LICENSE INFORMATION graph displayed on the right shows how many licenses are currently in use, and your license expiration date.
