View and manage licenses

SRF supports named licenses, each of which apply to specific users, as well as concurrent licenses, which can be shared and managed across workspaces in your tenant.

For details about licenses and feature availability, see the Service Description document you received with your account purchase.

View named license usage

Tab: Workspace > USERS tab; SRF Admins only.

To view license information for a selected workspace, select your workspace in the tree on the left, and then click the USERS tab.

The NAMED LICENSE graph on the right shows the number of named licenses are currently in use, the total of named licenses, and your license expiration date.

Manage license concurrency

Tab: Admin management > CONCURRENCY tab; SRF Admins only.

Manage your license concurrency across all workspaces in your tenant.

Enable one of the following concurrency modes:

SHARED

Share license concurrency across workspaces to enable users from each workspace to pull from the same concurrency pool.

No concurrency is reserved for any specific workspace.

For details, see Share license concurrency across workspaces.

ALLOCATED

Allocate concurrency per workspace to ensure that a specific concurrency remains reserved for each workspace.

When the maximum concurrency is in use, subsequent requests for SRF lab environments will wait in queue.

For details, see Allocate concurrency per workspace.

Tip: License concurrency is used whenever accessing the SRF lab, including recording scripts, running automation tests, or performing exploratory sessions.

Concurrency usage is also displayed in a widget on the HOME tab. For details, see View license consumption.
