Support and user management

Visit home.software.microfocus.com to submit support tickets and manage users.

After you log in to your SaaS account, you can do the following:

Action Access
Submit a support ticket Click Support
Manage users Click Users
Switch between accounts

You may be registered for more than one product on Micro Focus SaaS. To switch between products, click on your name in the upper right hand side of the MyAccount header to display your accounts and then select the required account.
