You can use on-premises load generators to run load tests on applications that cannot be accessed from over your firewall.
To create, edit or delete a load generator, select Assets > Load Generators and do one of the following:
In addition to the fields available when you create a new load generator, when you edit an existing on-premises load generator, you can also enable the collection of Vuser logs during a load test.
To enable log collection, the load test in which the load generator is used must be configured to collect Vuser logs. For details, see Generate logs.
Note: The option to collect Vuser logs from on-premises load generators must be enabled for your tenant. To request this, open a support ticket.
Click Delete to delete a load generator. The load generator is detached from any load tests in which it is included and is then deleted entirely.
Note: This option is only available if Project Management is not enabled for your tenant.
Click Remove to remove a load generator from the current project. The load generator is detached from any load tests in the current project in which it is included and is then removed from the current project. The load generator is still available in any other project in which it is configured and you can copy it back to the current project in Project Management.
Note: This option is only available if Project Management is enabled for your tenant.
