Controlling the Contents of the APE Form

When an APE is created, it is a composite of all the fields that will be needed to perform any of the steps in the workflow. You can specify:

• What properties can be viewed/edited from the APE by the user modifying an item that is at a specific step.
• What values can be listed for the workflow control property using the Next Steps.
• Dynamic changes to the item’s properties that occur while the user modifies the item at that step.
