Help Menu

The Help menu is always available on the main window, regardless of the component selected from the upper pane.

Help Topics	Opens the help system for StarTeam . Allows you to view help topics on the application's features.
About	Displays release and copyright information, and provides information about the Java virtual machine and the location of certain classes on your workstation.
