Download Help Center

 

The OpenText Service Virtualization Help Center provides you with comprehensive user assistance, and is available online or in a downloadable zip file.

Use the online version of the Help Center for the most recent version available.

If your organization has firewall restrictions that prevent you from using the online Help Center, you can install and access the Help Center locally on your OpenText Service Virtualization machine.

Access your local help

OpenText Service Virtualization detects whether or not you have access to the Internet. When no connection is detected, it prompts you to download a ZIP file of the help. After you download and install the local help, OpenText Service Virtualization will use the local help whenever it detects that there is no Internet connection.

To download and install the local help:

1. Download the SV2023.1HELP.zip file to your OpenText Service Virtualization machine.
2. Extract the contents of the ZIP file to the <SV installation folder>\doc\HelpCenter folder.
