TruClient is a browser-based tool for creating scripts that can be used in load testing or monitoring web and mobile applications. The TruClient engine records your actions in a script in real-time as you navigate through your business process.

Help Center

The following table lists troubleshooting issues for the Help Center.

Problem Solution
Help link gives 404

If a help link results in a 404 (page not found) error, try the following:

  • On the 404 page, click Home Page to access the home page for the latest help, and select the relevant version from the version dropdown list.

  • If the link was saved from a previous version, try replacing the version number in the URL with latest. For example, change:

    https://admhelp.microfocus.com/tc/en/2020/...

    to:

    https://admhelp.microfocus.com/tc/en/latest/
