Automatically creating lists in the Data pane
Relevant for: GUI tests and scripted GUI components
What is the AutoFill lists dialog box? This dialog box enables you to create, edit, or delete an autofill list. An autofill list contains frequently-used series of text such as months and days of the week.
When should you use the Autofill Lists dialog box? Use this option when you have a common list of repeating values, such as members of a team or types of food.

In the Data pane, right-click a cell or cell range and select Data > AutoFill List. |

What do you want to do?
- In the Current List area, type the values for your list, separated by semicolons (;) and no spaces.
- Click Add to add the new list.
- Click OK to save your changes.

In the Lists area, select the list that you want to edit.

Modify the items in the list.

Click Add to apply your changes to the list.

Click OK to save your changes.

In the Lists area, select the list that you want to delete.

Click Delete.

Click OK to save your changes.
Export your autofill lists to share with other users or other UFT One instances:
- Click Save.
- Browse the location where you want to save the file.
- Enter a file name and click Save.
Import a file of autofill lists created previously:
- Click Open.
- Browse the file you want to import.
- Click Open.
