This page enables you to select the object whose properties you want to specify.

UI Elements

Description

Pointing hand. Enables you to click the object whose properties you want to specify.

Select from Default (uses regular object recognition support for the loaded add-ins) or UI Automation modes.

If the location you click is associated with more than one object, the Object Selection Dialog Box opens. Select the object whose properties you want to specify and click OK. The selected object and its parents are displayed in the Select Object screen.

Note: The hierarchical object selection tree also enables you to select an object that UFT One would not ordinarily learn (a non-parent object), such as a Web table.
