This section describes the administrative tasks you can perform to configure and customize your testing.

Global options	The Options dialog box enables you to modify the general appearance and behavior of OpenText Functional Testing. The values you set remain in effect for all documents and for subsequent testing sessions.
Document settings	Use the Test or Business Component Settings dialog box or the Additional Settings pane in an application area to set testing options that affect a specific test or component.
Set options programmatically	You can change a setting during a test run by including a Setting object statement is the test. This setting remains in effect until it is changed again or until the end of the current session.
