Connecting to your own LLM
Configure UFT Aviator to connect to your Large Language Model (LLM) service to support generative AI features, such as Smart Verify checkpoints. The LLM is managed by you or your provider. OpenText Functional Testing does not administer, train, update, or control the model.
User questions, descriptions, or instructions and any required contextual information are transmitted to the LLM over encrypted connections. Data storage, retention, geographic processing location, model-training behavior, and other operational controls are governed by the your LLM environment and provider policies.
The integration does not grant users additional access to application data beyond their existing permissions. Review their LLM provider's security, privacy, retention, and compliance documentation to understand how the provider handles submitted information.
Note: Avoid submitting secrets, passwords, or other sensitive information unless your organizational policy permits it. Review AI-generated responses for accuracy before using them in business-critical decisions.
