StartTest Method (Reporter)
Starts a new test level for the OpenText Functional Testing for Developers report.
Remarks
Required only when using Reporter in a class that does not inherit from UnitTestBase.

Parameters

testName
The name of the test. This name is the label of the test node in the report.
testDescription
The test description.
