TruWeb (Tech Preview)
TruWeb focuses on communications on the HTTP transport level, and over WebSocket, providing a lightweight, scalable, and cross-platform (Windows, Linux and MacOS) solution for web protocol testing.
Important: TruWeb is released as a tech preview feature; currently you do not need a license to run TruWeb. However, this may change for future versions.
About TruWeb
TruWeb scripts can be created in VuGen, or using the TruWeb standalone application. Recording is supported for the latest web technologies for HTTP, HTTPS, and HTTP/2, as well as for the WebSocket protocol.
The generated scripts can be run with LoadRunner, Performance Center, and StormRunner Load.
Alternatively, in standalone TruWeb you can run your scripts using the command line or an IDE configuration.
