Assigns a string to a Boolean value in a variant.

VARIANT lrc_variant_bool_by_variant( const char* str );

The lrc_variant_bool function converts a string containing either "true" or "false" into a Boolean value stored in a variant.
The lrc_variant_bool_by_variant function converts a string containing either "true" or "false" to a Boolean value and returns a variant containing a reference to the variant containing the value.
