break
Causes the execution of the current switch or loop body to terminate. The break statement may only appear in the body of a switch or loop statement.
Example
In the following example, for Windows platforms, break exits a while loop when an I/O error is detected.
To run the example, copy the file readme.txt from the installation's dat directory to the c drive, or copy another file and change filename.
