Closes a context (CtLib and ODBC).
LRDRET lrd_close_context( LRD_CONTEXT **mpptContext, longmliOption, int miDBErrorSeverity );

| miDBErrorSeverity | The Error Severity Levels of a failure in a database routine. |
The lrd_close_context function closes a context for a ctlib function.
