Assignment Filter dialog box
In the Assignment Filter dialog box, specify the criteria for filtering the list of role assignments displayed in the content pane.
You can use the following wildcards:
| Underscore (_) | Matches exactly one character. For example, d_g matches dog or dig. |
| Asterisk (*) or percent sign (%) | Matches any number of characters. For example, d%g matches dog, drag, or dreaming. |
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Role | Enter the name of the role. Use wildcards to match multiple roles. |
| Group | Enter a group assigned to the role. |
| User | Enter a user assigned to the role. |
| Type | Select the role assignment type, Real or Delegation Candidate. |
| Capability | Select the level of responsibility to filter by: Leader, Primary, or Secondary. |
| Project | For items, enter the project/stream to which the role assignment applies. |
| Product | Enter the product to which the role assignment applies. |
| Design Part | Enter the design part to which the role is assigned. |
| Variant | Enter the design part variant to which the role is assigned. |
| Reset Filter | Click to clear all filters. |
