Customize initial views

You can choose which project-related windows open automatically when you open a project/stream.

Note: Any selected views that open a dialog box when first opened (for example Item Catalog) display the same behavior when you open the project/stream.

To customize initial views:

  1. Select Tools > Customize Views and select the Initial Views tab.

  2. If you do not want any content windows to automatically open when you open a project/stream, clear When a project is opened automatically display one or more views and click OK.

  3. Select each view in the list that you want to be automatically opened when you open a project/stream.

  4. To reopen the projects/streams and their views that were open in your previous session the next time you launch the desktop client, select Remember last opened views.

  5. Click OK to confirm the changes.
