Edit object attributes
An object can have attributes in a number of different formats. Attributes can contain text, a number, a date, or a value that you select from a list.
The following table describes how to edit object attributes.

Text field
|
Enter text. If the field allows multiple lines, the text wraps to the next line. To start a new line, press the Enter key. |

Selection list
|
Click the down arrow and select a value from the list. |
|
Multiple value field
|
Click the down arrow and select a value from the list, or enter a value. To add another value, click the Add button, and complete the new field. To delete a value, select the value and press the Delete key. |

Multiple column multiple value
|
In each column, click the down arrow, and select a value from the list or enter a value for a text field. To add another row, click the Add button, and complete the details for that row. To delete a value, select it and press the Delete key. |
| Date and time field |
Use the date picker. Or enter a date in the following format: dd-mon-yyyy [hh:mm:ss] |
