Share and delegate topic streams

You can share a topic stream with other users and change its ownership. For example, you are switching to a different task and want to delegate the changes in a topic stream to another user.

To share a topic stream:

  1. In the desktop client, open the topic stream you want to delegate.

  2. From the Stream menu, select Delegate. The Stream Preferences dialog box opens.

  3. In the Stream Access tab, add or remove users and groups.

  4. Click OK.
