Set columns in object tables

Customize the web client's object tables to display specific columns for a particular object class in the content pane.

PRIVILEGES: No special privileges required.

To set the columns displayed in the object tables:

  1. In the web client, click the User ID link at the top right.

  2. In the Select an Area to Customize list, select Columns for <object class> table for the object class you want to customize. For example, to change the columns for requests, select Columns for the Requests table.

  3. Add or remove columns, and change their order:

    Action Description
    Add a column to the object table. In the Available Columns list, select the column, and click the forward arrow >>. The column is added to the Columns Used list.
    Remove a column from the object table. In the Columns Used list, select the column name to remove, and click the backward arrow <<. The column is removed from the Columns Used list.
    Reposition a column in the object table. In the Columns Used list, select a column and click Up to move the column to the left in the table. Click Down to move the column to the right in the table.
  4. Click OK to save the changes.
