Tenants

The Tenant area in Tenant management enables admins to set the tenant time zone.

To set tenant properties, select Settings Setting button > Tenant management. On the Navigation menu , click Tenant.

The currently supported property, time zone, determines how the time zone is displayed in exported PDF and Word reports.

Specify a time zone

To specify a time zone, expand the Time zone for exported reports list and select a time zone. The selected time zone is used in the timestamp of the following reports:

  • Results.csv

  • Errors

  • Raw transactions

  • License usage/consumption.

The deviation from GMT appears in parentheses after the timestamp. For example, a timestamp of 2021-03-08T02:58:34:412 (-5:00) indicates a time zone that is 5 hours behind GMT.
