Service Level Agreement pane

This pane lists all the service level agreements (SLAs) defined for the performance test.

To access:

  1. From the LoadRunner Enterprise navigation toolbar, click and selectTest Management (under Testing).

  2. Select a performance test in the test management tree and click Edit Test.

  3. In the Performance Test Designer window, click Summary. The SLA pane is displayed on the lower right-side of the window.

UI Elements

Description

Starts the Service Level Agreement wizard where you can define new goals for the performance test.

Opens the Service Level Agreement wizard where you can modify the goals defined in the SLA.

Deletes the selected SLA.

Opens the SLA Details dialog box which displays a summary of the details of the selected SLA.

Opens the Tracking Period dialog box where you can adjust the tracking period for measurements that are evaluated per time interval over a timeline.
