Timeslot Usage report

The Timeslot Usage report shows usage of resources associated with a timeslot.

Using the Timeslot Usage report

To access the report in LoadRunner Enterprise:

In the top banner, click the module name or the dropdown arrow and select Reports > System Reports.
Expand Resource Utilization, and select Timeslot Usage.

To access the report in LoadRunner Enterprise Administration:

On the LoadRunner Enterprise Administration sidebar, select Reports > Resource Utilization > Timeslot Usage.

Note:

The entire timeslot must be within the specified date range.
The report shows usage of occurred timeslots only.

User interface elements are described below.

Tip:

When viewing graphs, you can show or hide an element on the graph by clicking the element name in the legend.
When viewing grids, you can sort a grid according to the values of any column. The arrow in the heading displays whether the column is sorted in ascending or descending order. Click the column heading to reverse the order.
The Timeslot Usage report highlights under-utilized resources. This enables you to see which resources are not being used efficiently.

UI Elements	Description
Export Reports	To export the report to a PDF file, click the Export Reports to PDF button . To export the report to a CSV file, click the Export Reports button in the toolbar, and select one of the following: Timeslot by Project. Displays the timeslot resource usage per project, for the date range and projects selected in the filter. Timeslot by User. Displays the timeslot resource usage per user, for the date range and projects selected in the filter. The report date range and projects (LoadRunner Enterprise Administration only) are determined according to what was set in the filter and displayed in the report toolbar.
Date Range	Displays the selected date range included in the report. To select the date range, click Date Range, select the desired date range for the report, and click Apply.
Projects	Displays the selected number of projects included in the report. To select projects, click Projects, choose which projects to include in the report output, and click Apply. Hosts are shown in the report output only if they were provisioned from one of the selected projects. Note: Available in LoadRunner Enterprise Administration only.

Export Reports

To export the report to a PDF file, click the Export Reports to PDF button .

To export the report to a CSV file, click the Export Reports button in the toolbar, and select one of the following:

Timeslot by Project. Displays the timeslot resource usage per project, for the date range and projects selected in the filter.
Timeslot by User. Displays the timeslot resource usage per user, for the date range and projects selected in the filter.

The report date range and projects (LoadRunner Enterprise Administration only) are determined according to what was set in the filter and displayed in the report toolbar.

Date Range

Displays the selected date range included in the report.

To select the date range, click Date Range, select the desired date range for the report, and click Apply.

Projects

Displays the selected number of projects included in the report.

To select projects, click Projects, choose which projects to include in the report output, and click Apply. Hosts are shown in the report output only if they were provisioned from one of the selected projects.

Ad-Hoc vs Reserved Distribution	Compares between timeslot durations reserved ad-hoc and timeslot durations reserved in advance.
Duration Utilization	Displays reservation and usage information for timeslot duration of a selected project.
Machines Utilization	Displays reservation and usage information for timeslot machines of a selected project.
VUsers Utilization	Displays reservation and usage information for timeslot Vusers of a selected project.

Project	The project name.
Duration Reserved	The amount of time reserved for the project.
Duration Used	The amount of time used in the project.
Duration Not Used	The amount of unused time in the project.
Machines Reserved	The number of machines reserved for the project.
Machines Used	The number of machines used in the project.
Machines Not Used	The number of unused machines in the project.
Vusers Reserved	The number of Vusers reserved for the project.
Vusers Used	The number of Vusers used in the project.
Vusers Not Used	The number of unused Vusers in the project.

User Name	The user that reserved the timeslot.
Duration Reserved	The amount of time reserved by the user.
Duration Used	The amount of time used by the user.
Duration Not Used	The amount of time unused by the user.
Machines Reserved	The number of machines reserved by the user.
Machines Used	The number of machines used by the user.
Machines Not Used	The number of machines unused by the user.
Vusers Reserved	The number of Vusers reserved by the user.
Vusers Used	The number of Vusers used by the user.
Vusers Not Used	The number of Vusers unused by the user.
