Graphs view

The online graphs display performance measurements for those resources being monitored in a performance test. To access, select the Graphs view. This view is displayed by default in the Run Dashboard.

To adjust the time range in a graph:

You can adjust the time range displayed in the graphs view by:

  • Selecting a granularity range to display (3 minutes, 10 minutes, 1 hour, or whole).

  • Using the slider to focus on a time period. Pull the sliders on both sides to focus on a time period. You can also move the selection (maintaining the same granularity), and select a new range in the timeline.

Note: To ensure the correct real time for running the performance test is displayed in the online graph, the time zone on the LoadRunner Enterprise Server and any external analysis database servers must all be synchronized.

To select graphs to display:

You can select which graphs to display in the graphs pane.

  1. In the Graphs pane, select graphs from the Basic Graphs and the Merged Graphs lists. The lists display the configured online graphs and merged that are available.

    • Indicates the graph is currently being displayed in the Online Graphs pane.

    • Indicates an anomaly has occurred in the graph.

  2. You can merge several graphs into one in the Merged Graphs area. To do this, click Add and drag the graphs that you want to merge in the graph editor.

    Note:

    • The number in parentheses indicates the number of similar graphs that exist in the graphs list. For example, Throughput (2).

    • The number indicates how many measurements were selected for each graph; to select a measurement you have to click it. For example, 1 X.

    • The number at the bottom indicates how many measurements were selected out of the total number of measurements in all graphs. For example, 3/5 selected.
