Our help centers provide you with comprehensive user assistance.

We recommend that you use the online versions of the help centers for the most recent updates available. If your organization has firewall restrictions that prevent you from using the online versions, you can save the help center files locally on your OpenText Enterprise Performance Engineering machine.

Access your local help

  1. Download and extract the OnlineHelp-26.1.zip file to the following locations on your server machine.

    Product Path
    OpenText Enterprise Performance Engineering <Server_installdir>\PCWEB

    Administration

    <Server_installdir>\LRE_ADMIN\binary\appsettings.json
    Site Management <Server_installdir>\LRE_SITE
  2. Perform the following.

    For OpenText Enterprise Performance Engineering Go to the web.config file in <Server_installdir>\PCWEB, and change the IsUseLocalHelp key to "true".

    For Administration

    1. In the <Server_installdir>\LRE_ADMIN folder, create a new folder with the name staticContent if it does not already exists.

    2. Unzip the help center archive, and save the contents to a subfolder named Doc.

      Note: The original OnlineHelp-**.* folder must not be put in the staticContent folder.

    3. Restart IIS.

    For Site Management Go to the web.config file in <Server_installdir>\PCWEB, and change the IsUseLocalHelp key to "true".
  3. From the navigation bar, click Help button and select Help Center to call context-sensitive topics in the Help Center.
