The following new features and enhancements are introduced in the current release.

User enhancements

The following user enhancements are available.

Area What's new
User experience

An enhanced user experience is provided with the new JATO theme.

The theme also provides accessibility enhancements, including improved icon readability, better color contrast, and clearer presentation of elements such as Priority and Phase.

Search

The following search enhancements are available:

  • Global search now includes improved settings for selecting searchable fields, including comments.

  • Custom field values can now be included in grid searches.

The advanced filter is now available in the dashboard widget configurations.

Collaboration

You can now share links to specific comments within an item.

Copy feature

When copying a feature, you can now choose whether to copy just the feature or to copy also its child backlog items.

Release process

Release process auto actions can now generate document reports with widgets.

The following administration updates are available.

Business rules

The following business rule enhancements are available:

  • New and edited comments can now be defined as triggers in business rules to send emails and trigger webhooks. For details, see Design business rules.

  • In business rules, the is modified operator now verifies that the old and new values of a field are different. Applies to API operations.

Timestamps in emails You can now define a time zone in which all timestamps in emails are displayed. For details, see the PREFERRED_TIME_ZONE parameter in Configuration parameters.
Set percentage decimal places You can now set the number of decimal places displayed for percentage contributions in various widgets. For details, See the DECIMAL_PLACES_IN_PCT_FORMAT parameter in Configuration parameters.
Cross-space API keys

You can now use the same API key across spaces.

Operating system OpenText Software Delivery Management can now be installed on Windows Server 2025.
