The following enhancements are available for dashboards.

Download attachments with document report

You can now choose to download item attachments along with the document report. This allows external users to access the attachments. For details, see Document reports.

Security Status dashboard template

A new Security Status dashboard template is available, with a collection of graphs and widgets showing security-related defects and vulnerabilities.

Agile

The following Agile enhancement is available.

Area What's new
Backlog items board view

The board view is now available for Backlog Items in the Backlog module. You can base the board columns on any single-selection field for easier planning and tracking. For details, see Board view.

Quality

The following Quality enhancements are available.

Area What's new
Gherkin 6 support

Gherkin scripts now support the Rule keyword. You can use it to group together several scenarios that belong to the same business rule.

Support is also added for the Example keyword, which is interchangeable with Scenario.

Linking tests

A many-to-many relation is now available for manual and automated tests, enabling a more accurate reflection of automation coverage and effort tracking.

Linking runs

You can now link existing defects to test runs from the grid view for all run subtypes.

Common functionality

The following enhancements are available.

Area What's new
Move and copy across workspaces

You can now move or copy features to a different workspace in the same shared space, along with their child backlog items.

Note: A user must have the create permission in addition to the move permission to be able to move an item. For backward compatibility, an admin should change the value of the MOVE_CROSS_WS_USE_CREATE_PERMISSION parameter to false, so that only the move permission is required.

Grid search

Comments in items can now be included in grid searches.

Filters

The following filter enhancements are available:

  • A summary of advanced and quick filters is now displayed above the grid.

  • The advanced filter is now available in document reports.

  • The ability to filter by Release, Milestone, Sprint, and Team is now available in advanced and quick filters in the Team Backlog module.

  • You can now also clear all quick filters with a single click.

Integrations

The following integrations updates are available.

GitHub Actions

You can now trigger automated tests and pipelines on GitHub from OpenText Software Delivery Management.

SCM data

You can now inject SCM commits using the workspace context flow, instead of the pipeline context flow.

API access

Added support for token introspection when using OAuth 2.0 authentication for API keys.

Administration

The following Administration enhancements are available.

Area What's new
Send emails to external addresses

You can now send an item through the system to recipients who are not members of the workspace. The Send Email auto action in a release process can also send to external addresses.

Baselines

Baseline versions can now be accessed from an item's History tab and from the activity log.

Recover manual tests from recycle bin

You can now restore manual tests and their associated runs from the recycle bin. This lets you recover a manual test and its runs if it was deleted accidentally.

Sidebar plugins

You can now add and use plugins in the details view, in addition to grids. You can also reorder the tabs in the sidebar as needed.

Business rules

The following enhancements are available for reference fields:

  • Using the modify lookup list business rule, you can now filter the available values of reference fields, such as Release and Team, based on the item's attributes.

  • Set business rules to show or hide fields in entity forms, based on conditions.

Dynamic labels

Dynamic labels are now available for the Epic, User Story, and Quality Story entities. Dynamic labels let you set a custom label and color for entities of different categories.

Application Module custom field

Administrators can now create custom fields of the type Application Module.

Authentication hardening

Hardened authentication is now supported.
