Installation

This section describes how to install an on-premises OpenText Software Delivery Management server using Linux or Windows.

Before installing:

Verify that your server fulfills all prerequisites. For details, see Support Matrix.
Review the OpenText Software Delivery Management Secure Deployment and Configuration Guidelines.

Cluster configuration: If you intend to install OpenText Software Delivery Management in a cluster configuration, review the end-to-end process under Install and initialize OpenText Software Delivery Management on cluster nodes (optional) before starting.

Language support: On-premises installation of OpenText Software Delivery Management supports only English. This means only English characters can be specified for the names of schemas, operating systems, users, and so on.
