Introduction to PPM Solution Integrations
OpenText PPM integrations support Change Management and Release Management within your organization. Some of these integrations use Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) content bundle, which adds to OpenText PPM a set of entities that support standard Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes. These entities can be configured to meet your business needs.
-
Service Manager, for management of Service Manager changes and associated OpenText PPM requests. See Integrate OpenText PPM requests with Service Manager changes
-
Universal Configuration Management Database (Universal CMDB or UCMDB), for impact analysis of OpenText PPM requests. See Integrate OpenText PPM with Universal CMDB.
-
Quality Center/ ALM, for management of requests. See Integration with Quality Center/Application Lifecycle Management.
