AI analytics management

You can activate or deactivate AI analytics for specific workspaces in a shared space.

Overview

With the Al analytics enabled, you can perform a root cause analysis of a set of entities to discover correlations between them. For details, see Root cause analysis widget.

Al analytics uses AWS Al services. Enabling Al analytics for workspaces requires uploading the analyzed data to the AWS cloud. Only the data of the selected workspaces is uploaded to the AWS cloud.

Note:

  • Initial operations on workspace data may take several days after AI analytics is enabled for the respective workspace. It means that the widget AI insights are available only when the data is fully uploaded for analysis.

  • Workspace data is extracted from OpenText Core Software Delivery Platform periodically. It means that new workspace data, as well as any changes or updates to items, are available for analysis immediately.
