Assigns a string to a date value in a variant.
VARIANT lrc_variant_date( const char* str );
VARIANT lrc_variant_date_by_variant( const char* str );

The lrc_variant_date function converts a string containing a date value into date value stored in a variant.
The lrc_variant_date_by_variant function converts a converts a string containing a date value into date value and returns a variant containing a reference to the variant containing the date.
