Assets

ASSET_RELATIONS.ASR_OWNER_TYPE,  ASSET_RELATIONS.ASR_RELATED_TYPE, and ASSET_REPOSITORY_ITEMS.ASR_OWNER_TYPE are all the name of the referenced table.  The owner IDs and related type ID are the primary keys of the tables specified by the type fields.
