Archives & Transfers main window
This topic describes the areas and options of the Archives & Transfers section in the Administration Console.
About the main window
The Archives & Transfers main window contains the following areas:
|Displays the toolbar with the option of showing contents.
|Enables you to view, filter, and select from a list of archives and transfers.
|Displays details about the selected archive or transfer. If the top-level icon is selected in the navigation area, the content area displays a summary of all the archives or transfers.

Archives & Transfers menu area
The Archives & Transfers menu area contains the toolbar with the Show Contents button:
|View the contents of a selected archive or baseline using the Show Contents dialog box.
Archives & Transfers navigation area
The Archives & Transfers navigation area displays the archives and transfers created from the current product.
You can perform the following operations:
Filter the list of archives and transfers. Select from the following filter options: All, Archives, Transfer Baselines, or Token Transfers.
To view associated details in the content area, select an archive or transfer.
To view a summary of all archives or transfers in the content area, select the top-level icon.
Archives & Transfers content area
When you select an archive or transfer in the navigation area, the Archives & Transfers content area displays the following details:
|The ID of the archive or transfer.
|The description of the archive or transfer.
|The ID of the product from which the archive was created or the baseline was transferred.
|The ID of the baseline that was archived or transferred.
|The "sticky label" that is attached to the outside of a tape.
|The ID that is physically written on the volume.
|The date when the archive was created or the baseline was transferred.
|The user ID who created the archive or transferred the baseline.
|The archive type, Token or Transfer.
When you select the top-level icon in the navigation area, you can:
View a summary of all archives or baselines for the selected filter option.
Print the list of archives or transfers.
Save the list of archives or transfers as comma-separated values.
Sort the archives or transfers by clicking the column headings.
Filter the list of archives or transfers by clicking the Filter link.
