Open and save request attachments

You can view the files attached to Dimensions CM requests and save file copies to your local work area.

PRIVILEGES: Browse Request.

To view and save request attachments:

  1. In the desktop client, open a list of requests and select a request. See Select requests.

  2. In the menu bar, select Request > Open Attachments.

  3. In the Browse Attachment dialog box, select the file's row and click OK. The file opens in the default product for the file type.

  4. To save a copy of an attached file, select the file's row, and click Save.
