Selection wizard for Dimensions CM requests

In this Selection wizard, you specify criteria for selecting Dimensions CM requests.

For details on how to select requests when using external request providers, see Select requests from different providers.

First, you set the filtering criteria to narrow down the list of Dimensions CM requests.

Field Description

Title

Enter a filter string to match the titles of requests.

You can use wildcards:

  • Use an underscore (_) to match exactly one character. For example, d_g matches dog or dig.

  • Use an asterisk (*) or percent sign (%) to match any number of characters. For example, d*g matches dog or drag or dreaming.
Type Enter the request type, or select one from the list.
Status Enter the request status.
Originator Enter the originator of the request.
Last updated by Enter the user ID of the last person to update the request.
Affected Design Part Enter the name of the design part affected by requests, or click the Browse button to open the Select Design Part wizard.
Product Enter the product ID, or select one from the list.
Request ID Enter the request ID.

Created Between date1 and date2

Specify a date range when the requests were created, or click the calendar button to select dates.

Enter dates in the following format:

dd-mon-yyyy [hh:mm:ss]

Updated Between date1 and date2

Specify a date range when the requests were updated, or click the calendar button to select the dates.

Enter dates in the following format:

dd-mon-yyyy [hh:mm:ss]

After completing these fields, click Next to view the list of requests matching your filtering criteria. See Select Request wizard (page 2 of 2).
